Take a breath — final rounds at Stripe are tough but totally survivable. Here's what to do with the time you have.
This week, focus on three things:
•Coding — Stripe asks 2 LeetCode-style problems per round. Focus on arrays, hashmaps, and trees. Aim for 45 mins each, think out loud.
•System design — prep a payment-related design (e.g. "build a payment processor"). Stripe cares deeply about reliability, idempotency, and failure handling.
•Behavioural — prepare 3 strong STAR stories around ownership, moving fast, and handling ambiguity. These are core Stripe values.
Day before: light review only. No new problems. Sleep 8 hours.
What role is it — engineering, PM, or something else? I'll tailor this further.
